Early Arrivals

2019-2020 Premier Plan

Early Arrival refers to specific incoming student groups arriving before the annual Premier Plan Year Effective Date of August 15. They are required to have health insurance coverage before August 15, and are charged for summer coverage under the 18-19 Plan Year. If waiving, the effective date of other coverage is earlier than the date required to waive the annual Plan.

Enrollment information for the 2019-2020 annual Premier Plan should be available by June 15. Your 2019-2020 annual Plan election will, by default, also apply to your 2018-2019 Early Summer Arrival election. For example, if your annual coverage includes dependent coverage, your Early Arrival will too.
