Once per Academic Year, most full-time students in a degree program are charged for and required to purchase the Premier Plan unless they waive it with other adequate health insurance that meets the University’s requirements.
We highly recommend that you understand the enrollment policies, procedures and plan details including exclusions and limitations. The Certificate of Coverage describes the plan details and enrollment is subject to maintaining the Plan’s eligibility requirements.
If you have a Fall 2021 annual charge on your student account and would like to activate your coverage or add dependents during Open Enrollment, which ends September 15, complete the acceptance section of the form linked below.
Prorated refunds are not granted. If you expect to enroll in other coverage in mid-year, consider waiving the Premier Plan during Open Enrollment by purchasing other coverage to bridge any gap in coverage.
