COVID Benefits for 2020-2021 Premier Plan Members
During the National Health Emergency, COVID testing* and related visits are paid at no cost to Premier Plan members when obtained at approved locations and in accordance with Center for Disease Control guidelines. COVID treatment is paid at no cost through December 31, 2020, if obtained in network. (See the table below.)
